December is here already, sometimes time goes by so quickly. The last 6 weeks have been spent by TLD writing new music & doing pre-production work for our upcoming CD release. The new songs have pretty much written themselves for us this time, taking TLD past a few more limits and extremes. We are excited to go back into the studio next month and begin recording, the new album will be something special for us, that is for sure. We have decided to play one local show before the end of the year, on Friday the 20th of December in Hollywood at The GiG. It should be a fun Holiday show along with our friends in Carbon 9. We have also noticed how the TLD message board at Yahoo has picked up in conversation lately, some good, some rather crazy posts, but overall we appreciate your input and thoughts. Now back to work...see everyone soon....

The Last Dance has officially ended both The Perfect Tour and the Now & Forever Tour, with our final show in Milan, Italy October 6th, 2002. We would like to thank everyone who helped and supported the band this year through 4 tours, 3 in Europe and 1 in the US: Mark Hofmann, Olaf - Wings of Destiny, The Cascades, Bella Morte, Jillian - 7 Sin Records, Paul - Kiss the Blade, Sabine Eichman, and all our friends and fans who made this year musically amazing for us. Most importantly we want to thank everyone for their overwhelming support through the loss of our drummer Lucky Ivan and for encouraging us to know that "the dream must live on." The Last Dance is now working on our next CD, writing, remembering, and creating that which gives us life. We plan to release the new CD in Spring 2003. Our live plans are to begin touring again in March 2003 and to continue through Fall 2003.
Thank you for believing in Angels

AUG 7, 2002 - Memorial Show for Ivan
The Last Dance would like to thank all our fans and friends who came out to support us and to raise money for Ivan's Memorial Fund at Bar Sinister Saturday night. Also thanks to Tom Coyne (The Prophetess) who filled in on drums while Phil Vanovereem and previous TLD keyboardist Robert Schott both played keyboards and rhythm guitar.
Special Thanks to: Tricia La Belle & Bar Sinister For being wonderful and supportive to TLD through the events of last week and this special show. Bar Sinister donated proceeds from the night to Ivan's Memorial Fund.
Bella Morte For sharing their stage with TLD, help before, during and after the show, and for their support and friendship.
The Dominguez Family For coming out and showing their support for The Last Dance, something Ivan believed in, and something we will continue to believe in.
